Over the last several years, I have purchased at least a dozen products from happy Hollow farm. The quality and workmanship has been fantastic. I was even able to order a custom log carrier for myself and my daughter whenever possible I try to purchase products from privately owned craftsman such as Chuck and Katie I’ve never been disappointed the quality of the material, and the workmanship is no less than I would expect from someone, who produces these products by hand, the selection of colors and the quality of the leather exceeds every day brick and mortar stores thank you, Chuck and Katie for your excellence. I bought the duffel bag in brown, which was delivered a week or two after ordering. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality on receipt, but more surprised by an e-mail from the seller offering to replace the zipper and add suede lining and some extra stitching, i.e., make it even better. I had my better bag back in another couple of weeks and I am even happier with the quality of the product. I have used the bag twice on plane trips and I am happy to report it fits well either under the seat or in the overhead. Yet it is big enough to hold several days worth of clothes. I really like the laundry bag that came with the duffel. It is everything I was hoping for, beautiful and practically useful. Thank you for offering such a great product!

I received my duffle bag and it was so beautiful and stronger than any bag I've ever owned. Unfortunately, when I used the zipper, some of the teeth fell out.
I understand that they didn't make the zipper. They sent me a label to mail it to them and they fixed it and sent it right back to me. They were in constant communication with me to get this taken care of. They even answered my email on a Sunday! The new zipper design is stout and will last for a long time. This bag is going to last me forever!
