Returns of products will be fully refunded provided:
- You notify us of your intention to return the product(s) within 30 days of shipment receipt AND
- The product arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of shipment AND
- It is returned in its original condition.
- NOTE: Once a product has been personalized, if there are no defects in materials or workmanship we will not be able to accept a return.
