Happy Hollow Farm stands behind every product we build. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Return Policy

Returns will be fully refunded provided:

• You notify us of your intention to return within 30 days of receiving your shipment
• The product arrives back at our facility within 45 days of your receipt of shipment
• The product is returned in its original condition

Personalized Items

Once a product has been personalized — embossed or engraved — we cannot accept a return unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship on our part. Errors in personalization text provided by the customer are not covered.
