Our Warranty

Every product we build at Happy Hollow Farm is handmade from full-grain vegetable-tanned leather and backed by our craftsmanship guarantee.

What We Cover

If any product purchased from us is defective in materials or workmanship, we will — at the purchaser's request — replace, repair, or credit the entire purchase price upon receipt of the item at our facility.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by alteration or improper cleaning
• Accidental damage
• Use in a manner not intended for normal expected use
• Errors in personalization text provided by the purchaser
• Customized items, unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship

Coverage Limit

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchase price.
